Melaka Response is a new invention of mobile application made by Melaka State Government under citizen engagement initiative. This application allows the people of Melaka to communicate with various government agencies and authorities and later interactively get response back within the application.
User only need to furnish three fields of imput which are images, location and brief note about the issue raised.
Melaka Response shall utilize the smartphone camera and GPS in recording precise parameters. These information will be sent to single contact center to be escalated to relevent department for action and feedback.
This application is one inteligent structured system which allow a complete cycle of response handling.
