For a large-scale organization's QA team, reviewing test case coverage against user stories was a manual, time-consuming step in every sprint. Agmo's FDE team built an n8n workflow that puts an AI agent in the loop to do the first pass automatically.
How it works
- The workflow pulls the relevant user story from Azure DevOps and the corresponding test cases from a shared spreadsheet.
- Both are passed to an AI agent running on Azure OpenAI.
- The agent returns a structured list of review comments — gaps in coverage, edge cases worth adding, and inconsistencies with the user story — ready for a QA engineer to act on.
Why it matters
This doesn't replace QA judgment — it gives QA engineers a fast, consistent first pass so their review time goes toward the cases that actually need a human decision, rather than re-reading every user story from scratch.
