The purpose of this talk is to create awareness on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is a computer networking protocol for securing connections between network application clients and servers over an insecure network, such as the internet.
While the talk was full of insights of necessary security and privacy in web oriented communication systems, both speakers share their experience that they had gone through years ago. It was informative and interesting in ways that can help students in IIUM to be aware of the importance of web security.
